Elysium Jet AI Connector — Privacy Notice

This notice covers the Elysium Jet connector available at https://mcp.elysiumjet.com/mcp, used through
AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT. It complements the
Elysium Jet Privacy Policy, which applies to everything else.
The connector is operated by Elysium Jet LLC, 169 Madison Ave STE 11701, New York, NY 10016, USA.
Price estimates and reference answers
When your assistant asks for an estimate, it sends us a route, a number of passengers and, optionally, dates; for the reference tools (repatriation, pet travel, landing permits, glossary), a country or a term. This is not personal data. We keep only anonymous usage statistics (which tool was used, airports and countries, number of passengers, success or failure) to understand demand. We do not log names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or IP addresses for these requests.
Quote requests
A quote request is sent only after you tell your assistant that you agree to share your details with Elysium Jet. It contains your name, email address, optional phone number, itinerary, dates, number of passengers and any message you add. We use it for one purpose: to prepare and send you a quote and follow up on that request. It is recorded in our customer management system and emailed to our booking team.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. It is processed by the service providers that host the connector and deliver our emails, on our behalf. To arrange a flight we may share the necessary details with the operating air carrier, as described in our main privacy policy.
Your AI assistant
Your conversation with the assistant is handled by its provider (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) under that provider's own privacy policy. We only receive what the assistant sends to the connector's tools.
Retention and your rights
Quote requests are kept as long as needed to handle them and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to booking@elysiumjet.com.
