These terms apply to the Elysium Jet connector at https://mcp.elysiumjet.com/mcp. They complement the
Elysium Jet Terms of Service. By using the connector, directly or
through an AI assistant, you accept them.
Estimates are not offers
Prices and flight times returned by the connector are indicative market estimates. They are not quotes, offers or guarantees of availability. A price is only binding once Elysium Jet sends you a written quote and you accept it.
No booking through the connector
The connector never books a flight or takes a payment. A quote request only asks our team to contact you.
Broker
Elysium Jet is an air charter broker, not a direct air carrier; flights are operated by licensed direct air carriers named before booking.
Fair use
Use the connector for genuine travel enquiries. Automated bulk querying, false quote requests or requests made on behalf of someone without their consent are not allowed. Usage limits apply.
Availability
The connector is provided as is and may change or be interrupted at any time. Information about third-party services, airports or regulations is given for convenience and should be confirmed with our team.
